San Juan restaurants, food establishments can operate at 75% dine-in capacity
MANILA, Philippines — San Juan government on Thursday allowed restaurants and other food establishments to operate from the current 50 percent to 75 percent dine-in capacity.
“Restaurants and fast food establishments, including cafes, food, parks, food courts, canteen, and eateries providing dine-in, delivery, and to-go services only at 75 percent dine-in capacity,” read the executive order issued by Mayor Francis Zamora.
The executive order also allowed the following establishments to operate at 75 percent onsite:
- barbershops and salons (only haircuts and hair treatment)
- Testing, review and tutorial centers
- pet grooming centers
- travel agencies, tour operators, reservation services
- internet and computer shops
Zamora previously bared that the local government is open to increasing dine-in capacity to more than 70 percent. [ac]
