The Philippine National Police (PNP) will extend the office hours of its Civil Security Group (CSG) to accommodate more applicants who wish to apply for a License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP) as well as the License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOFP).

PNP chief Gen. Debold Sinas on Wednesday tasked the CSG to accommodate LESP and LTOFP clients even on weekends and holidays starting Nov. 28 until Dec. 13.

Sinas also directed Police Brig. Gen. Rolando Hinanay to open an OSS Annex Office at the Permit to Carry Firearms Office, to facilitate the clearances needed in applying for an LESP and the neuropsychologocal tests and drug tests for LTOFP applicants.

Hinanay said the one-stop shop for facilitating the application will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Mondays to Saturday. It will also be open on Sundays and holidays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. —PATRICIA DENISE M. CHIU
