TRB 7:30 a.m. advisory: Bocaue River Bridge not passable to all vehicles

MANILA, Philippines—As of 7:30 a.m., the Bocaue River Bridge is not passable, the Toll Regulatory Board said in its advisory, Thursday.

The TRB said all southbound motorists are advised to make a U-turn.
