MANILA, Philippines — A heavy rainfall warning was hoisted over the provinces of Aurora and Isabela on Monday morning, the state weather bureau said.
In an advisory, Pagasa said orange warning level was raised over Aurora, warning residents that flooding and landslides may occur.

Meanwhile, yellow warning level was raised over Dinapigue, Isabela, where floods and landslides may likewise occur.
“The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to take appropriate actions, monitor the weather condition,” Pagasa said.
The weather bureau said light to moderate rains are being experienced over Isabela and Quirino, which may persist within 2 to 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.
It advised residents to take precautionary measures.
