MANILA, Philippines — Operations of the Metro Manila’s railways have resumed on Monday, Nov. 2.
In separate announcements on Monday, the managements of Metro Rail Transit Line 3, Light Rail Transit Line 1, Light Rail Transit Line 2, and the Philippine National Railway said operations resumed on Nov. 2.

Railway operations were suspended on Sunday as a precautionary measure as Super Typhoon Rolly threatened Metro Manila.
