MANILA, Philippines — Operations of the Edsa busway consortium was suspended on Sunday afternoon as Typhoon Rolly threatens Metro Manila and most Luzon areas, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said.

“Due to the inclement weather, and considering that the National Capital Region (NCR) is under typhoon signal no. 4, the EDSA busway consortium will suspend their operations at 1:00 PM today (Sunday),” read the statement.
