2 alleged thieves, victim killed in Taguig shootout

MANILA, Philippines — Two suspected thieves and their victim were killed during a shootout with authorities in Taguig City Friday morning, a police spokesman said.

Chief Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr. of the Philippine National Police said that members of the Police Community Precinct 3 shot at the robbers at the Petron Gas Station in Lower Bicutan, Taguig City at 7 a.m.

He said that the suspect’s victim was also killed.
