MANILA, Philippines — A bettor from the City of San Fernando, La Union, became the first millionaire of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), just a month after resuming its lotto operations.

The PCSO said the bettor got the six-digit winning combination 03-11-06-19-33-10 of the 6/42 regular lotto drawn on Thursday. He will take home the P49,707,326.80 pot money.

Thirty-two other bettors won P24,000 each for getting five winning numbers. The jackpot of the 6/42 lotto game was last won in February by a man from Tagum City, Davao del Norte, who took home P36.6 million.
