The Department of Health (DOH) reminded the public to strictly observe all the health protocols, including wearing face masks and shields, to slow down the spread of the virus.

“Solely doing the precautionary measures will not protect you 100%. If you wear a face shield or eye protection, the chance of not getting infection may increase. Masks and face shields should be worn properly and mindfully,” John Paul Roca, the regional information office of DOH-8, said.
