MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms on Wednesday due to the trough or extension of the low pressure area, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

This weather condition will be observed in Bicol Region, Visayas, Mindanao, Quezon, and Palawan, according to Pagasa’s 4 a.m. weather bulletin.

The LPA was last spotted in the vicinity of Malungon, Sarangani.
