Wall, Young help Wizards break Thunder streak

WASHINGTON — John Wall scored 25 points, Nick Young had 24 and Jordan Crawford added 18 to lead Washington to a 105-102 victory over Oklahoma City on Wednesday, ending the Thunder’s seven-game winning streak and giving the Wizards just their second win of the season.

Russell Westbrook scored 36 points and Kevin Durant had 33 for Oklahoma City, which lost for only the third time in 15 games. During one stretch bridging the second and third quarters, the duo accounted for 21 of the Thunder’s 23 points. Both slowed down after resting at the start of the fourth, missing 11 of 17 from the field.

NUGGETS 108, 76ERS 104, OT

At Philadelphia, Andre Miller scored a season-high 28 points and Nene had 20 points and 14 rebounds as Denver outlasted Philadelphia.

Miller scored Denver’s last 10 points in regulation and got another big basket in OT. His jumper put the Nuggets ahead 106-104 with 42.9 seconds left. Miller then made a steal on Jrue Holiday’s errant pass to seal the Nuggets’ fourth consecutive win.

Thaddeus Young scored 22 points and Evan Turner added 20 for the Sixers.

SPURS 85, MAGIC 83, OT

At Orlando, Florida, Tony Parker scored 25 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter and overtime, as San Antonio held on to beat Orlando.

Tim Duncan added 17 points and 10 rebounds as the Spurs also snapped a streak of 10 consecutive road losses overall, dating to last season.

Dwight Howard had 24 points and 25 rebounds, and Ryan Anderson scored 17, but it wasn’t enough for Orlando to overcome a dismal shooting night.

NETS 107, WARRIORS 100

At Newark, New Jersey, Deron Williams scored 24 points, 11 coming in crucial stretch of the fourth quarter, and had 10 assists and eight rebounds to lead New Jersey to its first home win.

The Nets entered the fourth quarter trailing 83-80, then took control with a 12-5 run. Williams had five points in that stretch, including a 3-pointer that made it 105-96 with 3:26 remaining.

The Nets held on the rest of the way, going scoreless for almost three minutes. MarShon Brooks had 22 points, eight rebounds and six assists for the Nets, and Kris Humphries had 18 points and 15 rebounds.
