13 PCOO employees test positive for COVID-19

MANILA, Philippines — The Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) has extended the suspension of physical work at its office after the number of its employees positive for COVID-19 rose to 13.

But Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said this would not affect the PCOO’s coverage of the President’s fifth state of the nation address on Monday.

Aside from the PCOO employees, two employees of the Public Information Agency, two employees of Radio TV Malacañang, a staff of PTV-4 and a staff of Apo Production Unit tested positive for COVID-19. Two have died.
