QC condo, subdivision execs face raps
MANILA, Philippines — The Quezon City government on Saturday will file charges against officials of a condominium in Barangay Sto. Cristo and a subdivision in Barangay Matandang Balara who allegedly barred contact tracers from their premises.
“The city is also mulling to file other charges against them for their noncooperation and for preventing our health personnel from doing their duty,” said Alberto Kimpo, assistant city administrator for operations.
If found guilty, they will face a fine of P20,000 to P50,000, or imprisonment of one to six months.
