GUINOBATAN, Albay—City Mayor Nelson Legacion shut down Naga’s borders with adjacent Milaor Saturday after one of the town’s residents, PH763, was confirmed positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

In a post on social media, Legacion said that he contacted Milaor mayor Anthony Reyes and informed him of a “lockdown against Milaor residents.”
