/ 04:00 AM March 25, 2020

March 25 was declared the Day of the Unborn through Proclamation No. 586 signed in 2004.

The observation was dedicated to remembering children who underwent fetal risks and brave women who went through physiological processes during pregnancy.

The proclamation was also aimed at showcasing the country’s promotion of the culture of life and defense of life.

The observation also coincides with the Feast of the Annunciation.
