Village hall, six houses destroyed in Samar town fire
A fire destroyed a barangay hall and six houses in Barangay 4, Calbiga town in Samar at 6:35 p.m. on Monday, March 16.
ORMOC CITY—Fire destroyed a village hall and six houses in the town of Calbiga, Samar province on Monday (March 16) yet.
Fire Officer 3 Royce Cerjie said the fire started at the house owned by a certain Jonas Dacaymat which was being rented by a transport company named Joy-joy Trans.
Cerjie said the fire was put out past 8 p.m. No injuries were reported.
