LEGAZPI CITY –– Two brothers were killed in a buy-bust operation that turned bloody in Libmanan town in Camarines Sur province early Thursday.

Lieutenant Colonel Chito Oyardo, Libmanan police chief, said Rodolfo Narciso Jr. and Ruel Narciso, all residents of Naga City, died in an armed confrontation with the authorities after selling suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P50,000 to undercover police in the diversion road of Barangay Bahay and Busac in the said town at 4:50 a.m.

Suspects were both in the watchlist of drug personalities in the Bicol region.
