The two other suspects were identified as Segundino Eliaso and Eduardo Caluag, both from Taguig City in Metro Manila.
Fajardo said policemen from Pampanga’s capital city of San Fernando responded to a report that the suspects, who were aboard a black sedan, robbed a 48-year-old victim around 2 a.m. in the City of San Fernando.
The victim said the suspects took his bag that contained P10,000 cash.
