4 drug pushers in Lucena fall in early morning buy-busts
LUCENA CITY –– Four suspected drug pushers were arrested in buy-bust operations here early Wednesday morning.
Lieutenant Colonel Romulo Albacea, Lucena police chief, said anti-illegal drug operatives caught Joel Dela Cruz, 31, and Avegiel Yanila, 40, after they sold a plastic sachet of “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer in the coastal village of Dalahican at 7:10 a.m.
Earlier, Allan Francisco, 23, and his associate, Romeo Potestad, 44, were also collared in another sting operation in the same village around 6:30 a.m.
Authorities seized 12 sachets of shabu from the four suspects worth P10,878 in the local street market.
