DOTr warns vs fake investment solicitations
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Wednesday clarified that it was neither soliciting nor offering investments for the P82-billion Mindanao Railway Project. The DOTr said in an advisory that it received reports about “some individuals or groups” asking for investments for the railway project by “using the name of President Duterte and the department.” —Krixia Subingsubing
