62-yr-old ex-cop gunned down at village where he lived

TUGUEGARAO CITY-A 62-year-old former police officer was shot dead by motorcycle-riding assailants here on Wednesday (Dec. 18), police said.

Investigators identified the victim as retired Col. Cesar Domingo, a resident of Barangay Caritan.

Domingo was driving his red SUV when the gunmen shot and killed him along Campos Street at the same village where the former police officer lived.

The gunmen fled while police started an investigation. Villamor Visaya Jr.
