/ 04:16 AM December 04, 2019

A judge in Pampanga province on Thursday found an American guilty of possession of child pornographic materials and sentenced him to a maximum of two years in prison.

But Judge Maria Amifaith Fider-Reyes of the Regional Trial Court Branch 42 in Mabalacat City acquitted David Timothy Deakin of cybersex charges.

Deakin was arrested by National Bureau of Investigation agents during a raid on his townhouse in Mabalacat on April 20, 2017.
