P70K worth of ‘shabu’ seized from drug pusher in Albay

LEGAZPI CITY — Some P70,000 worth of suspected “shabu” or crystal meth was confiscated on Saturday morning from an alleged notorious drug pusher in a police drug sting in Daraga town in Albay province, police report said.

Police anti-narcotics operatives arrested Darwin Ravalo, a native of Oas town and considered number two high value target drug pusher in Albay province, said Capt. Dexter Panganiban, Albay police spokesperson.

Ravalo was caught selling shabu to an undercover agent in a subdivision in barangay (village) Sagpon at around 10:35 a.m.

Police operatives seized from the suspect five sachets weighing 13 grams of shabu and a caliber .38 gun loaded with five bullets. /je
