Nov. 4: Belenismo sa Tarlac
Start of the annual competition and tourist attraction launched in 2007 to transform Tarlac province as the “Belen capital of the Philippines.” Participants in the festival join the belen making contest, where the use of indigenous materials is encouraged. Displays of belen will run until January 2020.
Nov. 4-5: Pintaflores Festival
Culmination of the festival in San Carlos, Negros Occidental province, that features dancers painted with flowers in ethnic-inspired costumes during the street dancing competition. Other activities include the 79th Infantry Battalion exhibit, youth jam, paint party and dragonboat competition.
Nov. 8-11: Tanay Hane Festival
The town of Tanay in Rizal province celebrates its 413th founding anniversary with an appreciation for its culture and tourism industry.
