30,000 passengers troop to ports ahead of ‘Undas’ break – PCG

MANILA, Philippines – Almost 30,000 passengers trooped to seaports nationwide ahead of the All Saints’  / All Souls’ Day or “Undas”  break this weekend, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported Monday.

Data from the PCG showed that a total of 29,822 outbound passengers were monitored in various ports in the country from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. Monday.

The bulk of passengers were reported in Central Visayas ( Cebu, Bohol, Southern Cebu and Camotes Island), with 9,448 passengers, followed by Southern Tagalog (5,256 passengers) and Western Visayas (4,478 passengers).
