MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) has resumed normal operations barely two hours after the train management implemented provisionary service after a man jumped and died on the tracks on Tuesday afternoon.

The MRT-3 had to implement limited service from North station until Shaw station only after a man jumped and fell over the train line’s tracks between Buendia and Ayala stations, resulting in his death.
