TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol—A son of the city administrator here was arrested by authorities on Saturday (Aug. 10) for allegedly selling drugs.

Eric John Borja, son of Tagbilaran administrator Leonides Borja, was arrested in a buy-bust operation at a hotel in the city, according to lawyer Augustus Oliva, head of the National Bureau of Investigation in Bohol.

Borja allegedly sold the party drug ecstasy  to an undercover Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency operative.

NBI and PDEA agents seized from Borja at least five ecstasy pills, which agents said was the first time such a party drug surfaced in Tagbilaran./TSB
