Man dead, 3 others hurt in collision between 2 motorcycles in Isabela

ECHAGUE, Isabela –– A motorcycle rider was killed and three others were injured when the motorcycles they were riding collided along the provincial road here on Thursday, police said.

Investigators identified the fatality as Godfrey Quilang of Pag-asa village here.

Injured were Ronie Dorado, another motorcycle driver, and his passengers, Christian Gonzaga and Angelo Danao, all of Annafuan village.

Police said the victims were traversing the provincial road within the Carulay-Annafunan boundary when Quilang’s motorcycle collided with the motorcycle driven by Dorado.

Quilang’s head hit the pavement, which caused his instant death.

The injured victims were brought to the Southern Isabela General Hospital in Santiago City for treatment. Villamor Visaya Jr. /lzb
