Man with shabu nabbed in Albay buy-bust
MALILIPOT, Albay –– A man was arrested in a buy-bust operation here late Tuesday afternoon, police said.
A report from the Malilipot police said Joel Tagle, 34, of Sto. Domingo, Albay, was collared along the national highway in Barangay Poblacion around 5 p.m. Tuesday.
