Classes suspended in parts of Albay

LEGAZPI CITY – Classes in all levels in public and private schools have been suspended in the municipalities of Guinobatan, Polangui, Libon and Ligao City in Albay province due to moderate to heavy rains spawned by Tropical Depression Falcon since Monday night.

Local disaster councils here have also warned of possible flooding and landslides in low-lying and mountainous areas.

Meanwhile, the state weather bureau likewise warned that of rough sea conditions due to strong winds are expected to affect to coasts of Catanduanes, Albay and Sorsogon.
