Pagasa defends ‘Sendong’ forecast

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) shouldn’t be blamed for what happened to Mindanao in the aftermath of Storm “Sendong”, forecaster Fernando Cada told Radyo INQUIRER 990AM, saying residents in the affected areas were given ample warning.
