LINGAYEN, Pangasinan-A jobless man wanted for six counts of rape and three counts of acts of lasciviousness was arrested by San Carlos City police on Thursday (July 4).

City police officer-in-charge Rollyfer Capoquian said Bonifacio Valerio, 47, was captured after two months of surveillance at his residence in Bogaoan village, San Carlos City.

Regional Trial Court Branch 57 Judge Jaime Dojillo issued the arrest warrant for Valerio. No bail was recommended for the rape cases which would keep Valerio locked up despite a P120,000 bail recommended for the lasciviousness case. YOLANDA SOTELO (Editor: Tony Bergonia)
