Cebu Pacific cancels Batanes flights due to bad weather

MANILA, Philippines – Cebu Pacific on Saturday canceled two domestic flights to and from Batanes due to bad weather.

In an advisory posted by the Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) on Facebook, flights DG 6009/6010 scheduled to fly to Basco, Batanes and back were canceled as of 2:39 p.m.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) earlier said that the prevailing southwest monsoon will bring cloudy skies and scattered thunderstorms in parts of Luzon. (Editor: Jonathan P. Vicente)
