MANILA, Philippines — The prevailing southwest monsoon will bring cloudy skies and scattered thunderstorms in Western Luzon on Saturday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its public weather forecast, Pagasa said Metro Manila will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers.

The state weather bureau said cloudy skies with rainshowers will be felt over Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Cagayan Valley, rest of Central Luzon and Region 4B.

The minimum temperature was recorded at 27.0°C at 5 a.m. while maximum temperature is expected at 32.2 °C at 2:50 p.m., Pagasa said. (Editor: Jonathan P. Vicente)
