MANILA, Philippines — A 34-year-old pedicab driver was arrested after lawmen caught him using shabu (crystal meth) inside a cemetery in Malabon City on Thursday morning.

Malabon police station members were conducting foot patrol around 10 a.m. in Tugatog Cemetery in Barangay Tugatog when the saw Marvin Santos sniffing from a sachet containing suspected shabu.

Santos was immediately accosted and taken to the police station while charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him. (Editor: Katherine G. Adraneda)
