MANILA, Philippines — The Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support (ACT-CIS) party-list group supported by radio personality Erwin Tulfo, obtained the most votes from overseas absentee voters (OAV).
It was followed by the AA-Kasosyo party-list, where former Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) assistant Mocha Uson is the first nominee, based on the partial and unofficial tally of the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) as of 1:01 p.m.
The latest update from the PPCRV transparency server showed that the ACT-CIS garnered 52,181 votes while AA-Kasosyo gained 14,509 votes.
However, it is worth noting that in the overall tally, the ACT-CIS leads the race with 2,602,416 votes, obtaining three seats at the House of Representatives.
Meanwhile, the AA-Kasosyo ranked 72nd with only 119,064 votes, gaining no seats yet.
Below are party-list groups that gained the most overseas votes after the ACT-CIS and AA-Kasosyo:
- OFW Family – 7,343 votes
- Duterte Youth – 6,942 votes
- ACTS-OFW – 6,767 votes
- Cibac – 6,765 votes
- Bayan Muna 4,831 votes
- Magdalo – 4,083 votes
- Sagip – 3,250 votes
- Magsasaka – 2,925 votes
- Senior Citizens 2,862 votes

There are 181 party-list groups running for 59 seats in the May midterm polls.
A group needs to get at least 2 percent of the total party-list votes to earn a seat at the House of Representatives. The remaining from the 59 seats will then be distributed among party-list groups that gained more than 2 percent of votes.

The data from the PPCRV transparency server did not indicate the percentage of overseas absentee votes that have been already counted.
However, for the midterm elections, over 1.8 million overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) were registered voters. (Editor: Mike U. Frialde)
