MANILA, Philippines — Justice Secretary Menardo Guevara said Monday that Peter Joemel Advincula, who claims to be “Bikoy,” should go to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to file a complaint against the people he mentioned in the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos series.

“This guy who says that he is “Bikoy” should now go to the NBI and file his complaint if he has sufficient evidence against members of the first family,” Guevarra told reporters.

Advincula said he went to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) to seek legal assistance for fear of his life.
