Tañada to Bar flunkers: Failing is not the end of the world
MANILA, Philippines — Opposition senatorial candidate Erin Tañada inspired examinees who flunked the 2018 Bar examinations.
“Failing is not the end of the world,” Tañada told some 7,000 examinees who didn’t make the cut in a Twitter post on Friday.
The Supreme Court released the results on Friday, where 1,800 out of 8,155 examinees passed.

“Congrats to all who passed the Bar exams! To the 7,000 who did not make it, yes you may feel sad and depressed…that’s normal,” Tañada said.
Article continues after this advertisementAs a way of inspiration, Tañada shared that he himself took the Bar three times before he became a lawyer.

Meanwhile, former Supreme Court spokesperson Theodore Te also comforted the Bar flunkers, saying: “Breathe, grieve and mourn, heal.” /muf
