FEATURED STORIES

Ramirez’s partner identified Jose de Guzman, 59, and Diosdado Castro, 55, both council members of Barangay Mabalbalino as the suspects.

Police arrested the two in separate police operations.

Capoquian said Ramirez may have been killed because of a feud with the suspects.

He said De Guzman and Castro, who are now in jail, would face murder cases. Gabriel Cardinoza and Yolanda Sotelo
