MANILA, Philippines — The first vice chairman of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and Bangsamoro Transition Commission (BTC) chairman Ghazali Jaafa has passed away. He was 75.
The news of his death was announced through the BTC Facebook page on Wednesday.
