MANILA, Philippines — Train service of the Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3) was limited between North Avenue and Shaw Boulevard for about an hour on Monday morning due to a technical problem at its Guadalupe station.

The MRT-3 management said limited operations began at about 5 a.m. to give way to repairs.
