MANILA, Philippines — The number coding scheme has been suspended in Metro Manila for February 25, Edsa People Power anniversary, the Metropolitan Manila Development Manila (MMDA) said.

The traffic agency earlier announced that one lane of Edsa, fronting the People Power Monument, would be closed to motorist from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. with celebrations anticipated for the occasion.
