3 men robbed in Mandaue eatery

THREE men were robbed at gunpoint while they were eating in a carenderia in barangay Cabancalan, Mandaue City, on Thursday afternoon.

Alberlito Omandam, 25, of barangay Jagobiao, Mandaue City; Victor Cortes, 29, of barangay Lahug, Cebu City; and Nilo Abasolo, 41, barangay Cabancalan, Mandaue City said they lost P10,000 in cash and valuables.

The three men said they were eating in a carenderia on H. Cortes Street when a man arrived.

The three men said they were surprised when the man pointed a .45 pistol at them and declared a holdup.

The robber fled on a motorcycle, said police.
