No list yet of Bangsamoro Transition Authority appointees — OPAPP
MANILA, Philippines — The list of appointees for the Bangsamoro Transition Authority has yet to be announced, the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) said on Sunday.
“There is as of yet no final and official list of appointees for the Bangsamoro Transition Authority,” the OPAPP said in a statement.
“Hence, the list being circulated on various social media platforms is fake,” it added.
The agency however said that it has already submitted a list of nominees to the Office of President and is pending for approval.
President Rodrigo Duterte would be the one to release the official and final names of appointees for the Bangsamoro Transition Authority.
“OPAPP advises the public to be prudent and judicious about what they see and share on social media,” it said.
