Pagasa sees clouds, rain over Mindanao
MANILA, Philippines – The tail-end of a cold front will continue to affect the whole of Mindanao, the weather bureau said on Sunday.
Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said in its 4 a.m. weather forecast.
Pagasa then warned the public for possible flash floods and landslides caused by scattered light to moderate with at times heavy rain.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rain over the Visayas, Cagayan Valley Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rain also due to the northeast monsoon. /cbb
