Suspected drug pusher nabbed in Tabaco City buy-bust

LEGAZPI CITY — Anti-narcotics agents arrested a suspected drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Tabaco City on Wednesday afternoon.

Orville Cas, 42, was caught after selling suspected crystal meth, or “shabu,” to an undercover agent in Barangay Sto. Cristo at around 4:45 p.m., said Christian Frivaldo, acting director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Bicol.

The agents seized from Cas, who is a high-value target included in the city’s top five drug watchlist, 10 grams of suspected shabu worth P68,000. /atm
