Entire police force of town in Cebu relieved for low performance
CEBU CITY—The Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7) relieved all police personnel of Daanbantayan town north of Cebu on Saturday.
Chief Supt. Debold Sinas, director of PRO-7, announced the relief of 21 police of Daanbantayan, including their chief, Senior Insp. Adrian Nalua.
Sinas said during a press briefing that they relieved all the personnel following the low performance of the Daanbantayan police.
“They have a very low performance,” said Sinas.
In one year, the Daanbantayan Police station conducted only 11 operations in their jurisdiction, Sinas added.
Although Daanbantayan is not the only station which has less than 10 operations, Sinas said they expected more from Daanbantayan.
