Doctor fired for threatening to give Jews ‘wrong meds’

A doctor from Cleveland, Ohio has come under fire after her anti-Semitic comments and threats of giving Jewish people the “wrong meds” made the rounds online.
Dr. Lara Kollab’s anti-Semitic remarks were caught by Canary Mission, a website that “documents individuals and organizations that promote hatred of the USA, Israel and Jews on North American college campuses.” In one of Kollab’s tweets from 2012, she was found saying, “Ewww… I’ll purposely give all the [Jews] the wrong meds,” as per Fox News on Jan. 2.
Kollab was also found inciting hatred and violence against Jews, as well as calling them “dogs.” She, too, expressed that she has a hard time feeling terrible about the Holocaust.
Meanwhile, the Cleveland Clinic took to their official website last Dec. 31 where they confirmed that Kollab, a supervised resident at their hospital from July to September 2018, was no longer employed.
“She is no longer working at Cleveland Clinic,” the clinic stated. “In no way do these beliefs reflect those of our organization. We fully embrace diversity, inclusion and a culture of safety and respect across our entire health system.”
