Two minors, who were among 14 children rescued in Talaingod, Davao del Norte, have already been returned to their families, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) said Tuesday.

In a statement, the DSWD said a “discharge conference” was conducted where the minors’ identified family members and representatives of the Philippine National Police-Davao del Norte Women and Children Protection Desk were present.

During the conference, one child was turned over to the mother while the other was entrusted to the grandfather. /kga
