Magnitude 4.6 quake jolts Davao Occidental
MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck Davao Occidental on Wednesday afternoon, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.

Phivolcs reported that the quake hit 69 kilometers (km) southeast of Sarangani, Davao Occidental, at 4:14 p.m.
The earthquake was of tectonic origin and had a depth of 106 km.
No aftershocks or damage could be expected from the temblor, Phivolcs said. /muf
